The staff was very nice and friendly! They stated that they are very happy making the sammiches! Which is awesome to hear from an employee of a restaurant!!!

I came in today with my family and it was two young men and 1 other lady working. The lady was very rude and unprofessional with both young men talking to them in a rude and inappropriate manner. Poor guys had to deal with it all while I was waiting for my food. While my food was being made she went into the back with a friend who was not a coworker and came back with an attitude when one of the male coworkers said something about it. Very unpleasant to see and killed me and my children’s mood. The food was great but service was slow and unprofessional especially the young lady.

Austin needs better training on taking orders. We gave him our order, he read it back to us, we repeated it back and he said yes. We paid for our order, but one drink was the wrong size and when we got the sandwiches we were missing an order of fries. Although clearly needs more training. They did drop more fries, but when they told me the price I realized Austin didn't actually take our order properly and I left without my fries. I will stick with my regular Penn Stations. Clearly the don't all run the same.

I went to Penn station and ordered a cheesesteak sub. Asked for no onion no mushrooms and no mustard. It was coated in mushrooms. Took it back and the kids you have working acted totally indifferent. She just looked at me and said do you want me to remake it? Very disappointed with the service. Maybe if Mathew would take his headphones out he might hear something.

Great food as expected but the tables and hi-chairs needed to be cleaned better. The bathroom was okay. Needs a good cleaning in customer spaces

Penn Station is chow! Their Philly Cheesteak is so delicious! The bread is so soft and melts in your mouth. Their fries are handmade from freshly cut potatoes. The chocolate chunk cookies are simply the best! Best sub place around.

I came in today at 9:55 five minutes before close and Leah the manager made my sandwich without complaint . Extremely impressed . This girl is an asset to your guys company she deserves a raise !
We ordered 2 sandwiches and fries to go. We messed up ordering my husband's sandwich- We picked off the onions, and it was delicious! I got the club, him the steak - both were absolutely great. Freshest fries in town, too!

Fries ...,..mmm
No hair net on either cook, really long shaggy hair. Restaurant is very dirty and second cook came from the bathroom after really long time and did not wash hands. Restaurant is absolutely gross!! 🤮
Normally, Penn Station gets my best reviews, but lately I have found it disappointing.
1. Even if I walk in right when they open, almost all the tables are already dirt! How is this even possible? I mean, in today’s world, how can a restaurant not be clean, and get away with it?! This goes for multiple locations, not just this one.
2. Last two time at this location, my sub bread was broken on the bottom, making it so my tip and bottom bun is apart. Mainly a personal thing, but I very dislike that. (It’s like when you get a hot dog in a bun and the bun has seperated).
3. Cost! Cost has gone up dramatically and so I will probably not be able to eat here anymore. Unfortunately….
Love their pizza sub food still! But this location has not been my best lately…..
Good sub
We loved our lunch here!!
