I was recently in Qdoba on S. Westnedge in Portage picking up some food to take home. When entering the staff was very friendly and helpful as I navigated the menu and ordered. The store was clean and tidy which means a lot to me. The food was fresh and hot and the staff helping me were kind and respectful. As I was gathering my items and getting my drink the manager Jack approached me and he asked if I needed any assistance and made sure I had everything I needed. He was even...

We hadn't been to Qdoba in a while and decided that was our lunch place for today. We had nachos, a grilled quesadilla and a bowl choice, plus chips and queso. Wow - that was a good lunch! The restaurant is attractive, easy parking and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will go back!

Ashley, the catering coordinator from the Portage location (who doesn’t usually handle the customers as much as she does catering orders) made our bowls today…All I can say is Wow!🤩

First off, there were underlying issues from previous visits (involving a different crew member). That unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth—today that same crew member was about to take our order again….Being that we were hungry...
