Still a great standby for Midwest seafood. Sat at the bar, had a good, friendly, bartender and had a chat with fellow patron. Watched a petite woman order a whole lobster out of the tank! I wish they would update this tired restaurant but doesn't keep me from going back. Love the biscuits ? as usual, and the Pick 2 (or 3) options.Parking: With their generous size overhang, you can pull-up out of the weather to drop off your date, or assist handicap passengers.Wheelchair accessibility: Good handicap access.

We had my Grandma's birthday here. Destiny was one of our waitresses and she was amazing. We had an a amazing dinner. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews, decided to check it out anyway, I am so very glad we did. Nothing but thanks to them. Also endless Shimp lived up to its name and was delivered fast. Great food and service here! As always the Cheddar Bay biscuits are phenomenal, and I had to limit how much of them I ate, or I wouldn't have had room for the rest of the food. Both my and my husband's meals were cooked just right and came out nice and hot. Service here was excellent, too. We'll definitely come back here again.

Food was room temp, at best, we had to send it back to have it re-heated (microwaved?). Was not impressed at all with the food. The size of my lobster tail was incredibly small for the price. I will say our server was great! Most likely will not return and we’ve been going there for years. Disappointing.
Got to red lobster more than 2 hours before we had to be somewhere expecting that to be enough time to eat and get to our event on time. The wait time was 50 minutes. When we finally got our table and got to order our food we only ordered shrimp, fries and salads. We felt as if that shouldn’t take too long to cook but we also understood that they were very busy so we didn’t expect our meals to come out the time we would usually expect it to. But we noticed that people who came in way after us got our food before us and their meals were way bigger than ours. At that point it was getting to an hour of just sitting there, and we had 15 minutes before having to leave for our event. We paid before our food came so we didn’t have to wait around any longer and told or waitress to ask the kitchen to put our food in to go boxes so we can make it to our event on time. The food wasn’t very good, I was actually kind of disappointed with the taste and felt as if I wasted my money on a mediocre meal.
