Had a wonderful dinner and an exceptional server while dining at the Portage, Michigan Red Lobster location. Valerie our server was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and always had a smile and cheery disposition, which is hard to find in most restaurants these days. We will be back and will ask to be seated in her section if she's working.

One of my favorite places!
Return trip 6/22/26
Monday 30 min wait in the empty lobby then another hour + before served assuming 3 waiters and one cook!
Not to mention tables not getting cleared.
Staff is doing the best they can, they need help.

Always a pleasure coming to this location the endless shrimp was absolutely delicious and the waitress was stupidly great at attending to everything we need definitely an above and beyond service!
