I love how the food was pre-heated for us and sealed in five pound bags, making it super convenient to keep the sterno trays replenished throughout the evening. Barrett's staff recommended we keep the extra food in coolers to keep it warm and it worked perfectly! Will definitely use Barrett's again!“
