This place is becoming a joke. Over 7 minutes with the button activated with no communication. Multiple cars backed out of the stalls after waiting forever. Ended up taking our business elsewhere. 5-2-24

The service was great and they employees were very attentive! The fries were underwhelming and so was the super sonic burger. The garlic burger was solid though with a strong garlic taste. Also the size of the fries was extremely small for the price. Wouldn't spend 30$ for 2 here again.

My husband and I love this Sonic. The tots are always just right, and my husband loves the hotdogs. I'm partial to their chicken bites. They're not over breaded, which is great. They still have that nice crunch though. The blasters, especially the oreo cheesecake, are to die for. The service is always great and I've never had to wait very long in the drive through.

We ate here 3/18/24. It looked like the lady inside was doing literally everything by herself and the food was still wonderful!!! Whoever she is she deserves a raise ASAP! Thank you for wonderful service.

Barely any meat on the Philly , coney dog also very dry. Spent$40, tastes awful, what a waste! I hadn't had sonic in a while, it was a lot better the last time I had it in grand rapids. This Kalamazoo location was extremely disappointing. Won't b coming back.

It's been awhile since I've been to a Sonic and I'm not going to lie I found it kind of surprising that an order of to Sonic cheeseburgers and two orders of onion rings was over 21.00 the burgers were good the onion rings had a little more to be desired I've had better.
