Usually this sonic does really well. Today however our mobile order was messed up. We ordered well in advanced of arriving. Once there we the order came out quickly we then pulled around and started eating. The smash burger we ordered was supposed to have bacon but it seems they forgot. We went to the drive thru window and instead of offering to remake it they just gave us 2 slices of bacon per burger which I mean it fixed it but wasn't very customer friendly. Then as my...

Drink menu is awesome, everything else is hit or miss. They almost always are using oil that's old and you can taste it in the fried products. I used to love their tater tots and popcorn chicken bites but now I don't even want to order them because they always taste nasty.

We ordered a buy one get one free ahead of time through Uber eats and just drove in and pushed the button, gave them my name and they brought it right out. No hassle. Food was warm. Very little interaction with staff, but what we did have was pleasant. This was my first time in many many years going to sonic. Will be back. Thank you.
