always always always the best service. the employees at this starbucks seriously always go above and beyond to give you the best possible experience.the few times i have had any issues with my order, whether it was a mix up or my order was lost track of (which very rarely happens), the employees are very attentive and apologetic for the wait and the mistake. there were even a few times that i was waiting on a drink and they noticed that i was waiting a bit longer than other customers and THEY came to ME to ask about my order to make sure they were making it and didn’t lose track of it. super super impressed with all the employees and their customer service.10/10 recommend this location.definitely can get a little busy in this location and drive thru, but considering how amazing the team is here, it makes sense to me that people want to come to this location.

Starbucks has lost its North Star. If you happen to not use the app you will wait. We were not greeted when we entered the store. 4 employees were task saturated with drive thru and mobile orders. After 10 minutes of waiting, our order was taken. Then we noticed 2 additional employees arrive so maybe the reason for the delay…. Our drink order took another 10 minutes to complete. Also, no sweeteners, straws available without asking. Overall, super impersonal experience that any local coffee shop could easily compete with. As we left, no apologies for being completely ignored or excuses for our Coffee Experience. Starbucks just lost 2 customers and this location is not unlike every other one I have visited recently. I imagine profits are at an all time high…?PS I’m adding a picture of my sweet border. Collie to help anyone feel just a little better after this very negative review!

Decided to go in and carry out. All the people there were very nice . I had very good customer service. I had a spinach feta wrap delicious and my coffee was perfect. It's nice to go in to anywhere now a days with kind people. I will be back.

Usually good drinks, but service is slow and some employees here are so rude. Been coming here from awhile and the last experience broke me I’ll never be back. I ordered online and watched them say my name and say “ it’s a mobile order we can do it later” not knowing I’m sitting right there. It took 20 plus minutes and it was not busy.

I enjoy visiting my local Starbucks as they consistently provide great coffee, and the staff are always friendly. I especially appreciate the ambiance of the seating area, which sets it apart from other Starbucks locations in the area. However, I have noticed an issue with the bakery displays. Although I understand that the items on display are not for consumption, it's concerning to see replicas of pastries swarmed by bugs. Witnessing this has made it difficult for me to enjoy any bakery items at Starbucks, and it's definitely an issue that needs to be addressed.
Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this place for delivery drivers. 30 minutes of waiting for two coffees. Good luck.
