Inconsistent. I go back and forth between ordering an iced matcha and the brown sugar shaken espresso, only customization I make is adding vanilla to the matcha. These drinks are great when made correctly, though I get them made differently/incorrectly about a 1/4 times which is frustrating for a $6 drink and seems to happen more often than that should happen.

I forgot to post this last Thursday, but I wanted to thank the district manager for helping me take our large drink order out to my vehicle when they saw me struggling. That is great customer service and thank you for the wonderful drinks that make our office happy.

The Baristas helped me make up a keto coffee recipe and even recommended drinks they drink that are keto as well which was really helpful. I've been bumming hard and missing going out for an ice coffee everyday. I had a hankering one morning and they really worked with me and were so helpful. They didn't rush me and took the time to compare ingredients and flavors. It felt good to be treated like I was at a mom and pop coffee shop at a big chain store.
