Awesome. Just plain awesome. What a little Southwest Michigan gem. Tucked away in a quiet, woody, off the beaten path area. Offer a bunch of authentic German beers in half and full liter sizes. Real German food offerings. German festival music playing over speakers throughout. Honestly, I'm smitten. Tons of parking. Dog friendly too. Returning ASAP!
This is such an amazing spot! We found it randomly on our way to the air zoo and even though it was a rainy day this spot was a highlight of the day. Food is beyond spectacular, and I plan on coming back many times just to try all the different regional schnitzels. You have to add the Spatzle to your order it is divine!! Beer selection is stellar and represents all the different German styles. We had our toddler with us and he loved the food as well as the space to run around...
The Steinspark has a great atmosphere and I would love to go back. It can get very crowded during nice weather, but it’s easy to see why. All the seating is outside, and the German beer and food are excellent. When I went, there was even German dancing for entertainment. It’s a great, fun place, although it’s a bit pricey. Still, I’ll definitely go back someday to enjoy the atmosphere some more.
