Been going here for years and have a generally good opinion of them overall. Service is hit or miss, as it tends to be in most places. Their rolls with cinnamon butter are the best around. Drinks are also fun and tasty, though many are sugar bombs. Food is decent, however, there are more interesting dinner options nearby at about the same price point. I do like the prime rib but that’s not available every night. The menu hasn’t changed in years; I guess for some that’s a perk. I personally enjoy more variety. I also like more vegetable options than what Texas Roadhouse offers. It can be a bit rowdy on weekend nights with all the birthdays- people seem to love getting on the saddle- “Yee-HAW!” ? We’ll keep coming back, but only every now and then.

Had supper last night with a great waiter, Jayden. Food was exactly as ordered, chicken and steak for the 3 of us with sides of potatoes, caesar salad, assorted vegetables was served in record time and everything was awesome. Jayden offered solutions to our dietary needs and checked on our meals several time. Checking the steak upon arrival is one of the smartest ideas that Texas Roadhouse offers to be certain all is well when you begin eating your meal. The rolls and cinnamon butter are great too! We always stop here for at least 1 dinner when in the area. This is a happening place for sure! Food is always the best, Jayden was a great wait staff person and other staff make you feel at home. There was even a little girl (so cute) celebrating her 1st birthday. Enjoyed everything there last night.

They made us wait 45 mins until the rest of my party arrived. I am a cancer patient and my friend has very bad knees. Once we got seated the service and food was excellent. The server came back to our table a number of times to see if we needed anything and the food was very good.

Good food, our waiter was amazing, however; we went for my daughter's birthday and they no longer have the ability to serve parties over 5 (may be able to squeeze a 6th person in if people are small).I was disappointed that we had no choice but to sit at separate tables because we had a party of 8. We were told that a table being pushed together with another table has now become a fire hazard and can no longer be done.

We visited the Portage location last night and the trip was mediocre. I wanted to try the award winning ribs but I was sadly disappointed. The half rack I received was very dry and tough like leather. Also all of the appetizers we ordered were soooo salty! ?? My ceaser salad was hardly dressed and the shredded cheese was hard like it was old or something. My filet was good but I don't feel like my meal was worth $30 dollars.

I sat at the bar by myself and honestly it was probably the best part of my day. I got the biggest steak in the house it was prepared to perfection and so so deliciously tender. But what really made it great was Jess my bartender, she was fantastic and so easy to talk to. She's by far the reason I enjoyed my meal as much as I did!!Oh and remember always always always tip your server, preferably in cash if possible they'll appreciate it. ?Parking: They get pretty busy but thankfully Sam's Club is right behind them with a large lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are more than welcome and if it's their birthday they'll leave with a pretty good memory to share.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking, wide aisles to get thru and friendly staff to move things around if you can't.

Food was fair unfortunately the waiter forgot a lot of things brought shellfish to a person that was allergic to it and to top it all off spilled garlic butter all over my outfit. Instead of addressing it at the time I thought I’d wait and handle it the next day instead of making a deal in front of company. Huge mistake because the owner has stood me up ever sense. Would not recommend.

Starting with the food, the steak had the perfect amount of seasoning and was cooked the exact way i asked for it to be. The salt crusted baked potato was cooked exactly the way it was supposed to be and the bacon green beans were definitely the best around. The server was attentive, polite, very informative, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. If I could change anything about my visit I would, for sure, turn the music down a bit. Was difficult to hear my daughter sitting across from me.

Everyone had great food. I ordered boneless wings and they were still partially frozen. Not a fun thing to bite into…ugh. Waitress got me a fresh order that was cooked. They tasted fine.
