Had a hiccups with our food on Good Friday when we wanted take out to avoid the crowds. The corporate office made it right, they made it good! One of the best food chains out there. We love our roadhouse.
The one in portage is the best I've been too. There's others but the waitress and waiters are to me top of the list for kindness and listening. Faster service then the other roadhouse. Delicious food always. I've never had a problem. I usually get the steak salad. But all menu items are delicious.
Always a nice easy visit. Food is always top notch. Staff very friendly and helpful and pretty quick. All in all its still a nice layed back friendly place to get some really good food. Prices are reasonable for everything you get which is usually too much to eat all of it anyways. If you leave hungry eat more next time...
