You pay premium price for hand made sausage which you would expect. The price does not justify the flavor. Not the friendliest group that runs the place either.

Excellent sausages without nitrates or tones of sodium. Right balance between meat and fats. I just got some hotdogs today, oh mamamia! Always a pleasure to shop at the Portage location. Five stars

Just had Youz Guyz at the Portage farmers market. Absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to visit the store. Couldn’t have asked for a better price.

Found this sausage co at the Bank St farmers market a few years ago. Happy they have a store front too. Great product, fresh & flavorful, no fillers like the stuff you find at the grocery. Simple ingredients you know & a variety of flavors to pick from. Around $8/pk, but I don't mind paying a little extra for real, quality food. Our faves are Santana (spicy) & Cherry Bomb (sweet), yum!

Hands down the best sausages in town. Very good prices and the best variety of recipes. My favorite is the Hot Lebowski.

I got some fresh Kielbasa from Youz Guys sausage this afternoon. Smoked it for about a half hour over musket and cherry wood at about 300°f for 20 minutes. Came out so good. Paired it with smoked onions, peppers and mushrooms added a spread of course ground deijon mustard and we had a meal. It’s really the best sausage in town.
