Today we were there about 11:15. They were busy when we went inside. We have no problem waiting for our turn when we ordered on the app. We were just waiting for our food. There was people complaining that they were there for a half hour and they had not received their order there were people standing at the counter, waiting for their food. Stood inside for 15 minutes waiting to have someone take the order. The employees trying to decide who needs to get the front counter. One girl says oh that’s me while she stands with her hands on her hips and her back to us. Never turning to acknowledge anyone is there. One employee says I don’t know why people just don’t use the kiosk.
The worst customer service
the McDonald's in Potterville MI is the worst in getting an order right, I ordered thru doordash and they didn't put half my order in the bag so I went to the restaurant and while I was there getting my order rectified every customer that ordered food and got it from the counter had something missing, if they wouldn't have checked their order at the counter, they would have made it home and had to drive all the way back. if you go thru Potterville McDonald's your almost always...read full review
