Amber did a wonderful job preparing my sub! She was timely, kind, and a wonderful person overall. The food was made to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this subway specifically.
Pretty quick and the subs were correct, I would have given it 5 stars but my sandwich was sloppy and fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it. Also when a customer walks in you should greet them right away, especially when there's only 2 people in the whole store. If they would have greeted me I wouldn't of had to stand there for 10 minutes because my online order was on a shelf where the line started...lol Customer service should be priority.

I always stop by this place when returning from an out-of-town visit as it's a bit of a midpoint between Lansing and Charlotte. It's nestled in a convenience store and the service reflects as such: quick and friendly. It's also cool to be able to fill up the soda at the ultra commercial machines they have there. Always a positive experience.
