Friendly staff, and the subs are good, sometimes I don't get the bread that I ordered (app). Recently (June 2023) the potterville location stopped accepting the BOGO Free coupon codes on the app. This has forced me to go to Dimondale or Charlotte for subway instead.

Horrible Subway. Ordered two 12 inch subs online opened the bag to find 2 ,6 inch subs. Called to complain and was told " I didn't make the bread". Returned them to the store to get back my money and was told they could only return a portion of the money. Seven dollars of the transaction was an online fee, so I basically threw 7 dollars away. Employees are rude and idiots. If you want a good sub and a pleasant experience don't go to the Potterville Subway.

I always stop by this place when returning from an out-of-town visit as it's a bit of a midpoint between Lansing and Charlotte. It's nestled in a convenience store and the service reflects as such: quick and friendly. It's also cool to be able to fill up the soda at the ultra commercial machines they have there. Always a positive experience.
Amber did a wonderful job preparing my sub! She was timely, kind, and a wonderful person overall. The food was made to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this subway specifically.
