Today we were there about 11:15. They were busy when we went inside. We have no problem waiting for our turn when we ordered on the app. We were just waiting for our food. There was people complaining that they were there for a half hour and they had not received their order there were people standing at the counter, waiting for their food. When our order came up nobody even called our order why I stood there and waited for it. Finally, I went to the counter and ask, and the girl said that she called my order number which she did not and all the other customers agreed that she did not call the number. I was nice and I just recommended in the future that she calls them and she was very rude to me. Never again while we recommend this McDonald’s or will we stop there? We should have just went to Charlotte where we’ve always had good service.

All these people giving 1 stars I just don't believe. The employees are classic country people. If you treat them with respect they will give you respect back. If your a jerk that's what you will get back from them. It has been a pleasure interacting with their staff about once a week.

We ordered while it's still a few minutes away. It was near the time to change from breakfast to lunch menus. Long line in drive-thru Employees seem totally overwhelmed, took several minutes for our order to come up, food was great just really appears that they were badly understaffed
