Screws up orders pretty regularly. Not such a big deal if it were my food but when it is my child's food. That is sad. Today for example we waited 15 min through drive through gal never read me back my order or told me the total. Order did not appear on screen in drive through. Got to pay window order not read back to me." Only 16 dollars gee that seems kinda cheap." But I don't wanna complain lest I be called a Karen because I'm old now(>50). Get to pick up window bag seems light and drink missing from tray. Said something and was given missing drink. I now had enough drinks. Get home hear piercing scream from living room... my son's order was not in the bag only one meal food was. I am already in nightgown at this point. I now have to door dash him food lest it be the tragedy of the century. So i now have to pay 22 bucks for his bigmac meal by time I pay delivery fee and tip for driver.

I went there today to get a Big Mac and an order of Fries to go. The Big Mac tasted like it was made hours ago and the meat was just terrible. The people that work there need to be fired. Their attitude is not what McDonalds need. The employees that work there are way overpaid for what they do. The service is just terrible.
