Used to love this place. The coffee is good, just not worth the insanely long wait.

A few weeks ago, I waited over an hour for 2 drinks, just to get home and take the lid off the hot latte and there was no espresso in it. I gave it another chance this morning because it didn’t seem too busy. My niece and I waited about 20 minutes for only 3-4 drinks to come out during that time. There were still 5 orders ahead of us (who knows how many drinks) and we heard other people a few tables over say they’d been waiting over 35 mins. We decided to get a refund and head down the street to the new Starbucks.

I love supporting local, but when the wait is absurdly long with no heads up, and when you can outright see the complete inefficiencies of how the staff works, it becomes impossible. There is absolutely no reason that it should take on average 5 minutes for each drink to be finished or for there to be a group of teenagers who have waited so long that some people finished their drinks while others were still waiting to receive theirs.

Owners - you should think about staffing better during busy weekends and look into establishing some workflows/a better system that maximizes efficiency in drink making. For example, when there is a long queue of drinks, stop taking orders and have the cashier help with making drinks or getting a second espresso machine.

Customers - Beware if you plan on coming during the weekend. Don’t come at all over any type of holiday/festivity weekend. Be prepared to wait 45 mins - 1 hour. Take a look around and see how many other customers are waiting for a drink and assume a 5 minute wait per person.

Muffins were huge and delicious! Staff was so pleasant and over all great atmosphere! Shaken espresso was so yummy 😋 green tea and bobcat all my favorites!

Drove here hoping to try a new coffee place, however they were closed.

So this is the third time in a row I went to kiss me coffee in the morning and they are supposed to be open and it is completely shut down 830 one time 8:45 the other and 10 to 9 today says we're supposed to be open Monday through Friday seven to whatever and completely shut down nobody's there. Door is locked. Lights are out if you're not gonna open just put a close sign on your front door. Let people know it's a waste of my Time

Such a cute little place! Probably the best white chocolate syrup I've ever had in coffee!! We came up for the Witches Weekend and this place just added onto the entire experience!!

Just had coffee and cake here, lovely coffee and the cherry mascarpone roll was beautiful. I would recommend trying Kiss Me Coffee if you are ever in Minehead., 👍☕

Stopped in a few times as it was recommended by my sister. Delicious lattes! Tried one the lattes with their homemade espresso whipped cream...😋. Yum.
