My friend and I went to the McDonald's in Prudenville and it was terrible. First our food was cold and not made right. Then my friend went up to get her mayonnaise packet that they forgot to give her and the lady was rude.
The Lobby was clean but our experience wasn't good.

The people aren’t very friendly or there to help. An older lady was struggling to place and order and they said said “too bad figure it out” an older gentleman tried to pay in a 50$ bill and was refused his meal because “they didn’t have change”
