Placed an order online that was supposed to be ready a solid 15 minutes before it actually was. Staff seemed unsympathetic and less than welcoming. I’ve visited a lot of Starbucks and this one fell short, big time.
Most of the time the dreanks are spot on, but sometimes they are a little off. However, the staff are usually wonderful. They are doing great for a new branch. I do wish they were a little cheaper, but it is Starbucks. Lol.
Our town of Houghton Lake is just what we needed, a great Starbucks coffee shop!
Our new coffee shop has a beautiful interior which is large and spacious and clean. The baristas that work here are amazing and always get my coffee right. The food here is really good too and I am so grateful we have a Starbucks in our town!
