I usually don't use click list, but with the virus: I use it when I can. With the craziness of people hoarding, they don't always have everything I ordered, but at times they do. I give each and every front line worker the highest respect. Especially those in retail as they did not sign up for this. Usually this Kroger is pleasant and the lines are not bad. However, bottle returns are impossible because the machines are always down or full. I waited in line for 20 minutes at customer service for the (not so pleasant) customer service woman to count the bottles I had. Once they were counted I had to go wait in line once again just to purchase one item. I know it's close to thanksgiving but step it up. :)

Like all stores since COVID hit stock is not as readily available at times but they've done some nice remodeling. The staff has always been helpful to me even when they're busy.
