Dough seems a little undercooked from this location compared to other Little Caesars, so I like ordering it well done. Problem is, bake preferences are not able to be changed on their app or online, so you have to call, and management at this location likes to keep their phones offline 9 times out of 10 because they're "too busy" to answer them.
I didn't call in my order. I walked into a busy store. I was greeted within a short wait. I placed my order with ease. The cashier was pleasant. My order had the wrong topping when it came out. It felt good to hear the cashier apologize and offer ways to fix it. This store cares about their customers. The food and service were great. I love this Little Ceasars. It's the best out of Yale, Imlay City, and Fort Gratiot. They always make the pizza just like I ask, fast service, and taste great. I wish this place would train the others on how to make a pizza.
