“This place has been a life saver and their food is delicious!! I just had an awful experience with the location on Lincoln Park where I ordered online when I was 30 minutes away. I arrived at the LP location expecting the food would be ready (it wasn't) and 15 minutes later waiting in their drive thru didn't help either. We ended up leaving and coming to this location. They serviced our food within 5 minutes of me getting there (about 10 minutes of travel time and ordering online). So timely, and as I waited I noticed their cleaning practices were a lot better than other restaurants I've been to. Thank you, Riverview location, for never disappointing a tired mom!“

“I just really wanted to shout out the gentleman working here this evening! I always feel guilty when I have to order at jersey mikes because I am gluten free due to allergy/celiac disease. Not only did they make me not feel at all like a bother but they were so thorough with all the precautions for cross contamination! Top notch cleaning of the slicing machine, cutting board, got new gloves, and a new clean knife from the back that they kept separately and in a bag to keep it protected. They were both also super kind, funny, and just a joy to be around while I waited for the food to be made. I nearly cried tears of joy for such a safe and wonderful experience! My food was tasty too! :) thank you for making my night!“

“I hate using that robot kiosk machine. It takes away the connection with the staff. Apparently one was being used and the other one was broken. I spoke up stating I want to use the counter and this kind employee came to the rescue. I recommend to bring those humans back to life. Thank you employee ?“

“We ordered chicken wings with jalapeño poppers and 4 piece chicken combo. Everything was excellent. I’ve never had chicken where I saw steam coming out of the chicken, that’s how hot it was when we ate it at the restaurant. It was very crunchy and juicy. Excellent flavour and very tasty. The cost was very reasonable. The down side was their fountain drinks tasted little bit soapy.“

“White Castle is a fan favorite!! The food is great the service is also decent although sometimes they get a little confused during high volume times. Even still, they're always eager to make it right and provide you with the best experience possible. The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get and the food seems to be made to order so it's always fresh. Overall, great location and great experience dining here.“

“My husband and I went to Sista Roles for the first time for his birthday and it was amazing. We went for lunch. He had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and I had the Chicken Fajitas and we both had the Mexican street corn. Omg the food was amazing. Food here is always hot and fresh and fries always crispy, compared to Lincoln Park and most this lace is night and day. I’ve never been disappointed and have been going here for 20+years from young and drunk late night binges to now old and 9pm binges it’s been consistently awesome! Great job employees for taking pride in your job and management for making an environment to provoke that! The sack of fires got smaller as you can see I was shocked. Shrinkflation everywhere not the peoples decision, corporate of course but I was shocked and you’ll be too but the fries were A+“

“If you are trying to order plain sliders via DoorDash, you'll notice there's currently no option to customize them on the app. This could be frustrating, but I have to commend the staff here for offering a brilliant solution!

Every time I place an order, I simply call the store immediately afterward and give them my name. They quickly confirm the customization (making the sliders plain) and have consistently gotten it right.

“I’ve been coming to Family Treats since I was a little girl—back when it was still called Tasty Freeze. The ice cream was always a favorite, and I loved their Coney dogs. “This Arby's location is one of the best, I recommend just going to the restaurant instead of ordering it from Doordash, after I asked for a classic roast beef sandwich with a large curly fry which I paid 8 bucks, the employers were very polite and they started preparing until my order was ready in like 30 seconds which I was surprised, awesome work guys everything tasted great!“

Ordering online gives workers a scapegoat to not build your order correctly it seems but walk in, carry out, or drive thru order I always right and quality is consistent. I bypass an Arby’s to go to this one because I can trust it. Regards to the management here, you’re doing it right!“

“I visit Culver’s every time I travel to the U.S. because it’s truly my favorite place for a burger. The food is always excellent, and the staff here are consistently friendly and full of energy. During my most recent visit, the team was especially attentive and kind, which made the experience even better. This location has become one of my favorites to stop by.“

Atmosphere? If they could mop the floor with something other than Coca-Cola that would be awesome! Actually I think they use too much product to water when mopping the floor. Every time I go in there my feet stick to the floor and then my shoes stick to everything until I can get outside and wipe them on the grass.
Husband and I ordered the beef and cheddar. Both had more cheese than what was needed for 2 sandwiches let alone one. And while this might sound good, it's actually way too much and makes for a very sloppy sandwich. And I'm actually not sure why I ordered that because I hate the bun. Those onions are gross on that bun. I used to order it on a regular bun but at some point I was told that's not allowed so I never tried again but then the guy behind us ordered a sandwich on a different bun so I'll be doing that again from now on. And I had a togo order after we ate and I ordered it as a large combo but for some reason the guy rang it up as a medium but I didn't realize it until after I paid for it and he gave me the medium cup. I miss the old experience at Arby's before they took away the bell...and what happened to that?“

“I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order. I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich.“

“Such a fun place to stop and eat! Who doesn’t like a White Castle burger?! While traveling back east we knew we had to stop for a bite to eat and since they are not lovely to our area we had to stop.

We got the burger combo meals and they were perfect! Just the right size without being too filling.
