“Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rochester Hills is hands-down one of the best ways to start my day. The service is always wonderful—fast, friendly, and efficient—and the staff there genuinely seem happy to see you. Every other week I bring Einstein’s bagels into work, and my coworkers actually look forward to those mornings. The bagels are consistently fresh, great quality, and a total crowd-pleaser. You can count on this location for great food, great service, and a great start to the day. Highly recommend!“

“Visited several bagel shops while living in Michigan. Elaine’s, Einstein’s, or Tim Horton’s when I’m feeling, eeehh, whatever. Bagel Spot, delici-oh-so-incredible. Bacon, plethora cheese slices and Cream cheese (walnut honey, superb) to choose from. Definitely my go to spot, love it!“

“Long wait to get food, but the service was friendly. Interior is deli style with two display cabinets display counter and a fridge for helping yourself to a drink. The corner sells local products including T-shirts. There is a small seating area outside of you want to stay and enjoy your purchase. The food was delicious, but I think I ended up with someone else's bagels. I was looking forward to trying one of the three cherry bagels I ordered, but only received one and gave it to a friend. I guess I will have to go back for another attempt. Small local owned business that is well known on the community.“

“The food is good, not the best customer service. First time people were friendly for the most part, next time we went it was awkward and not welcoming . I'm not one to leave more detailed but it really matters( customer service) I'll even tip good!“

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.“

“I placed a catering order with Jersey Bagel over the phone for an early Sunday morning pickup, and the entire experience was seamless. When I arrived, Natalie was already there and had everything prepped and ready to go. She wheeled the order out to my car, and the presentation was great. Natalie was super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their catering service for any holidays or events!!! Reliable, well-organized, and delicious!“

“This location is located inside the gas station and is very convenient if you want to grab a quick sandwich with coffee to go. I had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese for 7 bucks. 5 Stars for the girl working at the counter as she was very polite and helpful.“

“This is the absolute best bagel place in southeast Michigan. I drive thirty minutes just to get the best service and care for my schmear! Six cheese bagel with plain schmear is the perfect way to start my day. Been to many Einstein bros., none of them compare.“

“I go to Brueggers almost every day. The ladies are so fast. I never wait. They know we are on our way to work. I can't start my day without their coffee. I think by now I have had everything on the menu and it's always good and fresh. I just can't say enough about this place. Super clean, so many reasons why I keep going back. 😀“

“I’m originally from Brooklyn and am pretty picky about my bagels, Brooklyn Bagel hits the mark. I live in Plymouth but find myself at Brooklyn Bagel to get my fix. The outer layer isn’t too hard and bagel itself is soft in the inside. The egg bagel has the touch of sweetness I like. The cinnamon sugar bagel is another favorite of mine. I’ve switched to getting a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and it’s perfect every time. The shop itself reminds me of the bagels shops in NYC. So happy to have found Brooklyn Bagel. It’s worth the drive for me.“

“Stopped in today while I was in the area. Been wanting some fresh “homemade” bagels. Got my husband a sausage egg and chz bagel and he loved it. Got my self 2 bagels and cream cheese and got 2 dog bagels. Everything was good and reasonably priced. Will be stopping back by whenever I’m in the area again.“
