“Tasty turkey is similar to before COVID. NovaLox has lost what made it special: they took the smoked salmon off, so this is a bagel with cream cheese, onions and crepes.
Other than this: this is a normal Einstein pre-COVID experience.
The service was polite but also a bit slow and they only had one person up front at first.“

“I was in town from Houston and this place popped up on one of my socials so we thought we would give it a chance. Boy are we glad we did. We had a bacon egg cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel, it was perfection. My son had a double chocolate muffin that he kept referring to as a big beauty. These guys took great care of us explaining all of their options and making great suggestions. 10/10 we will be back for sure“

“Long wait to get food, but the service was friendly. Interior is deli style with two display cabinets display counter and a fridge for helping yourself to a drink. The corner sells local products including T-shirts. There is a small seating area outside of you want to stay and enjoy your purchase. The food was delicious, but I think I ended up with someone else's bagels. I was looking forward to trying one of the three cherry bagels I ordered, but only received one and gave it to a friend. I guess I will have to go back for another attempt. Small local owned business that is well known on the community.“

“I go to Brueggers almost every day. The ladies are so fast. I never wait. They know we are on our way to work. I can't start my day without their coffee. I think by now I have had everything on the menu and it's always good and fresh. I just can't say enough about this place. Super clean, so many reasons why I keep going back. 😀“

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.“

“This location is located inside the gas station and is very convenient if you want to grab a quick sandwich with coffee to go. I had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese for 7 bucks. 5 Stars for the girl working at the counter as she was very polite and helpful.“

When I arrived, Natalie was already there and had everything prepped and ready to go. She wheeled the order out to my car, and the presentation was great. “I’m originally from Brooklyn and am pretty picky about my bagels, Brooklyn Bagel hits the mark. I live in Plymouth but find myself at Brooklyn Bagel to get my fix. The outer layer isn’t too hard and bagel itself is soft in the inside. The egg bagel has the touch of sweetness I like. The cinnamon sugar bagel is another favorite of mine. I’ve switched to getting a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and it’s perfect every time. The shop itself reminds me of the bagels shops in NYC. So happy to have found Brooklyn Bagel. It’s worth the drive for me.“

“I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels location on a snowy Thursday to get a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a coffee for myself. This place instantly became one of my new favorite spots for breakfast and coffee in the entire Metro Detroit area. I ordered the goat sandwich and a cortado, and every bite and sip felt like a chef-crafted experience.
