Been coming here for years. The older woman is still brisk and not warm or welcoming but you can tell there is new management around. The place is cleaner, you no longer are bombarded with loud, distasteful music belching from a small speaker, or have to wait an ungodly amount of time for your order to be ready. Good job, Bruegger’s.
My husband and I just tried this place for the first time! Everything we ordered was delicious! The staff were pleasant and service was quick. Definitely will be getting this place again!
I’ve seen some of the negative reviews here, but I just can’t agree. I’ve been coming to this place for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The sandwiches are always fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. It’s a spot I genuinely enjoy, and I highly recommend it!
