They have excellent service and they are excellent people. Cool dude with a nose ring and brown hair made my day and I will be back, little can go a long way and i always have a good experience when this guy serves me.
Amanda and her team at this location in Rochester hills have been nothing short of caring helpful and kind , they have made a huge difference in Avondale football camps by donating bagels for these young men for after practice making sure they are full on delicious protein filled bagels. This location is clean welcoming and truly the best around !!
I’ve had consistently great experiences at Einstein Bagels in Rochester Hills, and a big part of that is the outstanding team. Amanda, Bridget, Mikey, and Holly always go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Their customer service is genuinely warm and welcoming—they’re friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do.
