Usually okay. This afternoon, apparently two individuals each taking orders at one of two drive-through lines. Efficient middle-aged women manning one. Unfortunately, we got in the line with the guy who let us sit there for 6 minutes while three from the other line got through. And he seemed to have hearing problems. Definite staffing challenges here.

I often come in the afternoon or evening, the director of operations, America, is a fine example of a manager that is concerned with all aspects of the store running smoothly, effectively, and all staff treating the guest with friendlyness and respect. He has developed a fine crew. I'm sure he will rise to be an owner of his own store, someday soon.

Great service every time I come here. The staff are quick, friendly, and make sure orders are right. One time we stayed for a while, and an employee came over to check on us and chat for a bit, which felt really genuine. I even saw him doing the same for other customers. The team clearly cares about the place too. They keep it very clean. The food is always fresh and tastes great.
