Flavorless chicken including the skin, the broasted potatoes was so watery without flavor, the slaw was the only good thing and it wasn't worth eating with the amount of paprika they put on it, they should have added that to the chicken. The sweet tea tasted like toilet water.

Chicken was hot, fresh and delicious. They have the best coleslaw ever. I was a little disappointed in the broasted potatoes. At Chicken Shack in Rochester on University definitely has better potatoes. I would still go back here though.
Omg I have not been here since I moved from Rochester Hills in 2021 well I had a doctors appointment nearby and thought I would stop by they did not disappoint the chicken was delicious and fresh if you are working nearby stop in and get some chicken Cole slaw and Broasted potatoes you will not be disappointed

*UPDATE* Something has changed in the quality of the chicken 😔 but the prices are still going up. I understand inflanation but give us the standards we are accustomed to. ORIGINAL*The best cole slaw I have found. My favorite sweet honey mustard sauce is perfect for dipping their yummy real chicken tenders made from all breast meat. Everything is deep fried but if that's what you like, then it's great food. 5 stars

Ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. Fries had no salt and were just above room temp but still a little crispy. The sandwich was just a chicken breast ripped off the bone. The chicken was very juicy and tender but there was absolutely no breading on it. Very disappointing.
The two-piece snack meal was delicious. It's been a long time since I had some Chicken shack.

Chicken tasted of old grease . Potatoes were ok. Roll was store bought. Food was over priced for what you get. They did get the service right. Just need better price on Food and prepair Food a little different then I would come back. I picked this place because I thought it would be amazing but was let down .
