Auburn country oven has been here for as long as I can remember, at least 30+ years. Service is above average for a mom and pop restaurant. Food is so, so, fresh- piping hot everytime, very delicious, huge portions and very, very reasonably priced. Building and atmosphere is nostalgic to my childhood. We had brunch here for the first time today and it was delicious. From the omelette to the rye toast to the grits; just perfect!We received excellent service. (Thank you, Violet!) Looking forward to coming back soon.
