Very disappointed when I called the day before Easter and asked if they was gonna be open for Easter I was told yes I waited all day went to call and put my order in and they are CLOSED so who ever answers the phone needs to be what they are talking about this isn't the first time my order was messed up Very disappointed about not getting my Easter dinner

This place is a delight! Ordered the chicken luncheon special me with coleslaw my hubby French fries. They threw in some of the wedges because we had never been before. They were the best, but everything was great, including the manager and the guy running the counter. The food was
Awesome food. I just wish all the employees especially ones handling food would wear gloves and not bare hand. YUCK!!! Also to be clean shaven and hair nets when having long hair.I understand washing hands etc. one thinks it's being clean. But really? Might be ok when serving family etc. but I would think everyone agrees on glove wearing etc.Otherwise really good awesome food and service at a reasonable price. Will still recommend this place even what said

I have been eating here for years and have never had a bad experience or bad bite of food. I of course the chicken is excellent but I highly recommend the fish dinner with broasted potatoes. Honestly, the potatoes are so good I've made a meal out of them alone several times.
I have had them before but this time the pop was flat, the batter between the fish and crunch coating wasn't cooked and raw, fish had milky coating on it also. Potatoes were good and

They have the best ribs I've had in a long time! Very friendly customer service too! However, the guy at the window asked if I needed napkins and plastic ware...I said yes. The other guy that brought it out gave me my food, and no napkins or plastic ware.

North Shack Inc is my new chicken haven! The place has this cool vibe, and the smell of their fried chicken is irresistible. I tried their classic fried chicken, and it was crispy perfection – juicy on the inside and just the right amount of seasoning. Definitely coming back for more!
