Everyone is very nice there!
I usually have a good experience with Panera. However, I ordered the Italian for delivery today and it’s not only toasted but burnt. I’ve ordered this meal several times and it’s never looked this smashed together and it’s definitely never been toasted.
I have tried 4 times now , calling Corp for assistance with ordering online.
Says my card number and : or account is not valid.
They say” we will send info via email to reset your password”
Four times now ::; no email.
I have been going to Adams rd location now for over a year every morning at 5:30 am,,
I swipe my card, my account comes up , I get my rewards, then try to use it to order online at lunch and ,
