Arrived tonight @ 8:15pm & bathroom was closed supposedly due to cleaning. When ready to leave about 8:50 pm bathrooms were still unavailable. Totally unacceptable.
I waited thirteen minutes for a yogurt and a breakfast sandwich while others who ordered after me got their food. Not great, but not the biggest deal either. What bothered me more was the reactions I got when I commented on it. I would recommend other locations, like the one at Walton and Livernois.
