Let me start: Food tastes good. There aren't many burger places around. I was satisfied with the taste of the food. The shake was excellent.

When we ordered, we ordered 2 burgers, a grilled cheese and fries. Both burgers were missing ingredients, and the grilled cheese was blackened on 1 side. Fries came out fine.

When they offered to remake the burgers, 1 of them still was missing avocado (a 2nd time). The manager blamed it on...

Please dial down the salt across all food across all your restaurants. It's like 90% salt 10% burger/chicken. Especially the chicken bites are inedible.

Stopped by today for lunch. Steady, not overly busy for 1pm Saturday. Ordered a BLT burger. I take my order to go. When I get home, I see that there is NO BEEF PATTY in my sandwich 😫 how sad. I gave 5 stars for the food taste, quality and atmosphere but sadly, service gets a 3 stars rating for missing this important detail in someone’s order.
