sweetgreen - Healthy Salads, Bowls and Plates

First time coming here. This is by far and away the worst trained staff I’ve ever seen.

Staff has no sense of urgency and it takes forever for them to build meals. There’s literally 13 of us standing here waiting to pickup orders. Some have been waiting for over an hour and a half.

I asked if I could cancel the order and they said they couldn’t. I ended up leaving without my food after waiting 30 minutes because..ya know…it’s a work day.

Wild will never be back.

5/9/2026 - The lady with the glasses working today taking only online orders at 5pm - made the best salad I have EVER had!!!! 5 stars! 10/10! She deserves her flowers! She’s the best! She was the only one working the day before Mother’s Day as well! Thank you! I also recommend the new salad on the menu I replaced the chicken with tofu and the sesame sweet + savory with the crispy noodles amazing. 💓

So i ordered what I thought would be a great yummy lunch, they sent me an email saying it was delivered and it is not. Oh but I'll get a refund in 5 to 10 days so thats filling.

This location is the worst! Mostly due to the extreme rude employees. I’ve come in a couple times only to be met with nasty glares and rude interaction. The food is subpar and really just a complete rip off. Not wasting my money here anymore.

The food is always good but i feel so incredibly bad for the staff, its always just two/three people on the floor working and ive never gotten my food in time. This is the third time ive come in and gotten my food more than an hour after i placed it. Also they are always out of veggies or sauce, so when i come in i am unable to get every ingredient I ordered :(

Horrible. Tried for the first time. I asked how it worked and was greeted as if I should have known. Rude, and not helpful. I tried the hot honey bowl and it was a sloppy mess. Will not be returning.

First of all, I like sweetgreen.
But this local really needs to step up with service and food quality. I have placed order online couple times with always missing something ingredients such as rice, chicken etc. and I had to claim all the time. Even if you go onsite to order, they are not trained very well to remember adding everything. And if I remind them, they get annoyed! If you ever go to sweeetgreen in Troy, you will never miss anything. They ask you all the time. Oh, last thing is this location always have hard rice!

I love sweet greens. People say it's expensive, but I've gotten way smaller portions for a lot more at other places for a salad. The dressings are awesome. They have a great dairy-free pesto. That's really good.

Just got dinner there and had read the wrong locations hours. They were closing in 10 minutes and still served us even with the group infront of us were getting upset and were so rude to them. The ladies at the front were so polite and kind!!

Ordered a salmon bowl and received zero salmon. I also paid for a kids meal that was never made. When I asked about it, the staff was rude and acted like it was my fault. On top of that, their hours aren’t updated properly, and when I politely brought it up, the person at the register dismissed me again.

I’m a regular at other Sweetgreen locations and never have issues, but this Rochester location has consistently poor service. Really disappointing experience - I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
