I don't like leaving reviews that are negative, especially for fast food chains but dang, this just didn't do it. The service is okay drive thru attendee is awesome I love that dude. Whoever is working the back though, you could really do without. I got a grilled cheese burrito box, and the actual grilled cheese burrito came out completely burned, half of it smashed flat and poorly wrapped. I work as a manager for a different 'fast food' chain and I don't know, just doesn't seem up to par. Oh and I asked for all diablo sauce, I got ONE green sauce packet.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line with a total of 4 cars.It’s understandable that in the current age, help is always needed, and that understanding can give patience but this was highly undesirable of Taco Bell when there was not an apparent influx of orders to deem such a long wait time.A top the long wait time, my food was lukewarm.I will not look to return to this location due to the major issues within its operation to meet the needs of its customers and will advise others who are local to seek out other Taco Bell locations

Taco bell is just a filler. American Mexican fast food. If you want the real thing. Go to a Mexican restaurant if there is at least on old Mexican woman in the kitchen then you hit as close to authentic as possible.

Not a good Taco Bell. Normally just very slow, but the food is getting worse. Chalupa shell tasted rancid, change the fryer oil. Pepsi was pure syrup, gross. Nacho chips were stale and somehow the food was all wet. The hard taco was good. That's it.
Worst Taco Bell ever. Waited 1 hour plus to pick up online order, staff said they were unable to check to see if my order was done. Incredibly rude, which I'm sure was because they already had my money. I'd recommend never coming here.

I went through the drive thru this evening and realized when I got home that they had forgotten my Mexican pizza!! I called up to the store and talked to Rob! He was so nice and offered for me to come back or if I couldn’t I could get it the next time! I went back to get a little later and Rob was more than helpful. I appreciate his kindness and wanting to make things right! Give this guy a raise would ya?? Thank you Rob!!Parking: Limited number of parking spaces but usually always a place to park!

As Taco Bell goes, this location at Livernois and Walton offers better quality food and better service than most. The burritos were fresh and well prepared. Order to delivery was less than five minutes at 1:00 pm on a Friday.

If you’re looking to have a few laughs with some high people this is your place. If you actually want some any type of quality when it comes to your food and customer service stay away from this place. Given them multiple chances and we’ve had every issue from them saying your order was already made to it magically never been in the system to food poisoning. There are multiple Taco Bell’s in the area you’d be better given your money to.Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t bring my kids to eat here not a professional environment at all.
