I always order a crunchwrap. Often, it's slim on sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and hamburger. But, they're mess-free which I love. Sometimes the outer layer is brittle and breaks apart because it's stale. Still a favorite in spite of issues.
I've been here a few times in the past month and everyone has always been friendly and my food is made exactly as it should be, especially my extra cheese meals.
One time the drive thru was rather slow but it looked like they were training new people and that's not their fault.

i wanna gatekeep how good this tacobell is leagues above the rest in the troy rochester area
^this is in terms of food, when i come here around like 6 the food is always nice and warm and fresh and made how they are pictured in apps, please if ur complaining about customer service use ur head and order on the mobile app, saves u time
