However, the customer service is exceptional, with friendly and professional associates like Nate and his team, including Duke, Joanie, Surai, and Dupree, who go out of their way to help with promotions and make your day better. The staff are super nice, especially Joanie, who ensures drinks are just right. Dupree does an amazing job keeping the place sparkling clean, making it easy for the donuts to taste amazing. Shout-out to the managers, Nate, Duke, and William, for their outstanding work. Customers love the iced latte with cookies and cream flavor, the donut and cookie counter, and the overall experience at this Tim Hortons location.
