Rude staff/manager and it took over 15 mins for our food! Don’t recommend.
Always rude, orders consistently wrong, laziest, slowest service. 👎🏼👎🏼
This AM, I came through the drive through like many other mornings. I ordered a panini and was informed that they were not serving lunch yet. No problem. I regrouped and started to order breakfast. Curious, I asked what time they started serving lunch and was told 10am. I looked at my dash clock and it said 10am. So I asked, “isn’t it 10?” And a loud female voice came over the speaker and shouted “YOU tell ME what time it is!! It’s 9:54!!”

Tim Hortons is a mixed bag - while the food is just okay, they struggle with getting orders right. However, the customer service is exceptional, with friendly and professional associates like Nate and his team, including Duke, Joanie, Surai, and Dupree, who go out of their way to help with promotions and make your day better. The staff are super nice, especially Joanie, who ensures drinks are just right. Dupree does an amazing job keeping the place sparkling clean, making it easy for the donuts to taste amazing. Shout-out to the managers, Nate, Duke, and William, for their outstanding work. Customers love the iced latte with cookies and cream flavor, the donut and cookie counter, and the overall experience at this Tim Hortons location.
