Zo you want some bubble tea?? Zo zorry, but you will have to order to find out! This tea totality takes the Zo. Staff is Zo nice and Zo helpful. Zo easy to get to , Zo easy to order, and Zo worth it. Have to wait a bit?? Sometimes, but Zo goes the world of bubble tea!!
The tea itself had a decent flavor, however the boba did not. When I get that nice, soft chewy boba it's usually sweetened with a brown sugar sauce. The boba was flavorless but cooked nicely. I will for sure try it again!

I can't speak for the title "bubble tea," but their chai lattes are incredible. There's usually only one employee (at least at the front of house), so service may be slow if you're not the only customer there.
