Some of those behind the counter can be a bit rude. There were 2 people sitting down when I walked in the Rochester bakery. I stood there for a few minutes without acknowledgment as I watched 3-4 workers scurrying around but no worries I’m in no rush. Then another customer walks in and they wait on her immediately, then the lady behind the counter looks at me, knowing I have been there says we are busy sorry, with a rude tone. Ok but I have been waiting. Just be aware...

My son and I LOVE this bakery! We are especially fond of the croissants, scones, and Swiss multi-grain bread. You also cannot go wrong with the overstuffed chicken salad croissant, the ham and cheese croissant, or even the chocolate chip cookies. They are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had!

In reading the reviews, I found that they also do custom cakes — which I am now really eager for. I must admit that I am completely and unabashedly spoiled...

We miss you Tracy! You would always accommodate us, my son and I, at 7:30am to get a wonderful treat before his school day. You always greeted us with a warm welcome and smile early in the morning. We looked forward to seeing you weekly at what felt like our community bakery. Now we are told doors are not open until 8:00 am and asked to leave if we arrive earlier . Just not the same bakery without you.
