I love the hotel and the restuarant. The manager Enrique was wonderful and Ellie, our server was excellent. The Menu could be elevated to bring it up to the world class ambience with more variety, vegetarian and outher cuisine options. With so much diversity in the area and people choosing healthier options, more vegan ,vegetarian options with other world flavors would be so appreciated!
