We always ordered from this place or the nearby Hungry Howie.Yesterday's order was not so good. We ordered bread as well as a 3-topping large pizza. The bread was really good, but the pizza was just awful. It was dry and hardly any cheese.I called later in the evening to mention about the terrible pizza I picked up. She just listened to me and just ended the conversation.It will be a long time before we order a pizza from this joint.
The staff lacked friendliness, and the pizza was noticeably burnt. While I've had well-done pizza before, this didn't meet expectations. When I raised the issue, they insisted it was how it's supposed to be and didn't offer a remake. I wouldn't recommend this location. This occurred 11-15-23 7:30.

Second time order from this franchise, both times the service was great! my food was cooked on time upon pickup and it was warm/fresh. The garlic knots are absolutely amazing every time and so is the pizza. The only thing i can say about the pizza is that they are skimpy on the toppings but it could be because this pickup was on a Friday night during their prime time and it was decently busy so i can understand.
