The food was great but the voice echos are so intense. I could barely hear the person across from me. And the service was basically nonexistent. Maybe if I try it again when it's warmer out and can sit outside I might like it more. But I never want to set foot in that dining room again.

I ordered the poppy pancakes, the looked amazing but when I tasted I was disappointed, not so savoury. I order a cappuccino as well, it was okay but nothing wow.

DON’T GO unless you don’t care about service!!! The owner of this restaurant really needs to look into their reviews and make changes. All negative reviews are about their services.
For our first and only experience here (we left even BEFORE dinging in), whoever that was working at the receptionist around 11am on Sunday, Oct 19th was so rude and impatient to us.
We were told we only needed to wait for 2-3 minutes, so she did not take our names, which we thought was totally fine. But after a while, more people came in and were all signed in by her. And two groups of people (the same number as us) who came in later than us got seated before us. When we then asked if she needed to write down our names, she did not even look at us and said impatiently she remembered us and we were next. I wonder how this waiting system works and how come the two groups got seated before us without an explanation.

It was a busy Sunday brunch and we were a party of 11, but one order had to be remade because they added an ingredient that the person couldn't eat, another order was made wrong because the noise level was so high that the person taking orders didn't hear it right, and two more orders (pancakes and crepes) didn't show up until some of us were already finished with our meals. The wait staff was clearly trying their best but they also came to our table at least twice with other people's food. It felt like there was a staffing issue and/or they were seating more people than they could handle.

The A/C is struggling to cool the space indoors & flies are constantly buzzing around. Disgusting. The drinking water smells like lake water. Potatoes, bacon were so overcooked I thought it possible to chip a tooth.
Should have butter- not margarine.
Overall do not recommend.
