second off, The management at the 14 Mile Rockford Location. whoever it was on duty Feb 13th at 3:30, Very Rude, absolutely no help, and didn't seem to care one bit. I'm done with this company all together now. Get your s*** together and maybe we'll talk. but for now I'm done.
