I won’t be going back due to uninformed upcharge & rude customer service. I noticed an additional 50¢ charge appeared on the screen as I was being rung up. The employee did not inform me as to why the additional fee occurred. I asked if it was because I wanted to use my tap to pay. I told her if that was the case I’d pay in cash. I advised the employee that customers should be informed of any additional fees. She rudely & uncaringly informed me that it wasn’t her policy!...read full review
Gave the kid behind the counter an old $100. He told me he couldn’t accept it because it was a different color and didn’t have a blue line on it. In front of 10-12 ppl in the store made a scene. The manager (also a kid) agreed with him.
Can someone teach kids something useful these days?? Or at least have a marker behind the counter to make sure bills are good! Ridiculous
I love going to Custard by the Dam. The best frozen custard and friendly service. so many choices. hard ice cream , Dole whips, waffle cones so much more! love it.❤🍦
