Food was okay, nothing special. Service and atmosphere were fine.

The 3% administrative fee is just dumb. If you need more money, raise your prices. Do not tack on surprise charges at the end. It feels misleading and leaves a bad impression.

Would not go back because of that.

The food was mediocre at best, it's hard to mess up a ovenbaked meatball sub, but yet it happens. The meatballs tasted as if they had been in the freezer to long, the sauce had no flavor, even a cheap jar from the grocery store has flavor. The mozzarella well that was melted appropriately but cold.
The Italian salad was very good but the dressing not so much. It has a gelatinous consistency. I would expect better from Uccello's. I've been to different Uccello's in the grand rapids area that had very hot and fresh food.

So, it's always a good day if Ucellos is involved. I got the best meat ball sub, spilled It all over myself, several times. Totally worth it. One of my faves!

We have been many times. We always enjoy it. Tonight we have a server, Andrew (we are pretty sure), He’s new but did a great job taking care of us and our food. He kept our glasses filled and checked in on us plenty. Our food was great, as always.

We're frequent customers at all the Uccello's locations. This time was very disappointing. Zoeye was very hard to find throughout the whole time. Upon receiving our bill we found multiple items not rang in for happy hour, after specifically requesting the happy hour items. Once again Zoeye couldn't be found. We ended up locating a manager who said she would let her know. The checkout process was a total of 30 minutes to get the bill somewhat corrected. We were still charged for additional items, like chocolate milk, after being told they were apart of a kids meal. She even tried to charge us for a ranch we requested but never received. When I questioned the 2nd happy hour beer not being the right price she stated it wasn't RANG in, in time. Sounds like she's was waiting for Happy hour to expire for the bill to be higher. Even with a manager knowing the situation we didn't even receive an apology. If you do attend this location, I'd strongly recommend another server if you get Zoeye.

9/26. For the last few weeks I have been in contact with the manager, Katie, for the Rockford location. She quickly responded and attempted to resolve our dissatisfaction. She stated we would have in restaurant credit, but unsure if it was just at the Rockford location or if we would be able to use it at other locations. We visited the Grandville location and unable to use the credit Katie stated she put on our account. We didn't have any complaints as it wasn't guaranteed. We then revisited the Rockford location and told we didn't have a credit. After that I reached back out to Katie and she apologized once again and asked if we would rather have physical gift card. We finally received the gift card and happy we're able to use it at any Uccellos as we will no longer be giving this location our business. I hope they can get training into this location quick to help others experiences, it's very disappointing that their employees can't be on the same page numerous encounters and tries.

We had a horrible experience at the East Beltline location last night. Out of the blue, the bartender yelled at us and put her hand out and rolled her eyes after waiting 20 minutes for a cocktail. This was a response to us looking at the drinks as they were put on the bar. It was over the top and super inappropriate and disrespectful and out of the blue.
