Great little spot for a drink and a app. And if you sit on the patio out front, it's right on the main street!!

Went out after my niece's graduation, all 7 of us. Everyone was great, seating us, taking our orders, getting refills on our drinks. The food was great, the salads were fresh, and other food was hot and delicious. And they were open past their close time to accommodate, I assume, others coming in from graduation events. Fun place!

Service was good up until the end. We left and forgot some left overs, almost an entire meal, realized it shortly after we left, called and they had already thrown it away. They stated they only keep them a a few minutes. For the cost of the food, it should be more than just a few minutes. We called within 15 minutes and management would do nothing for us. We have frequented this location for quite a while, but no more. Very disappointed in the management response considering we had just spent over $100 for 3 people.

My wife and I love all Uccellos locations. Downtown Rockford location is great spot for friends and family.

The Chicken Marsala is literally out of this world… never had one better- anywhere (and I’ve been across the country), the drinks are cold and tasty, and don’t get me started on the staff… they are incredible!!! Man do they hustle and provide top notch service!!! Would HIGHLY recommend ❣️❣️❣️

Generous portions at fair prices. Server was great. Staff repeatedly grabbed used plates off our table to keep our table clean. Was just really impressed with the service. Happy hour beer is dirt cheap if you can get there before 5.

This used to be a sport bar…a fun place for adults to come to without kids…and who brings their kids to a bar at night…anyway…now it’s too family oriented. No one wants to hear screaming children while they eat or drink. The evening bartenders are not very attentive or friendly to say the very least. I used to frequent Uccellos often and the service day or night was always great. But it’s been a year or so and now it’s horrid. I shouldn’t have to ask for a refill or my tab when I’m sitting right at the bar! I have now told the bar tender 2 times I was ready for my check. The restaurant is not very busy and there are 6 other people sitting at the bar and I’m still waiting. I’m used to Liz…who btw is an amazing person and bartender!
Our economy is not good and unless you are making money hand over fist I’d suggest you have a meeting with your employees!

TERRIBLE service. Painfully long wait for everything on an average to slow Thursday night.

I wouldn't not recommend this restaurant n location.Dont count or even dare asking Ask the store manager anything.Or about why I waited an hour for one order on 3/22/25. He watched his crew struggling.He didn't nothing to help his own crew .Still waiting 1 hour for my order.I seen him walking around the kitchen all while his staff struggled.Not the first time he's looked high on what looked like to me like as if he was on illegal substances because He looked uncordnated .Poor management at this location.All managers where definitely carless about everything.While I waited he continued walking around all while his store was in a struggle to getting his orders out . Probably still walking around doing nothing like he always does.

Driving deliveries from this location is a nightmare. We are notified immediately of an order. Will be made to wait an hour in the restaurant for the order. Not getting paid to wait an hour. Time is money and this becomes a loss of income at that point. Moral is make sure you have time to wait and don't care about waiting.
