We were there on a Sunday afternoon. They got very busy right after we were seated and turned in our order and they seemed like they were short of staff. But they were very friendly and very nice to us and we would go back again
Hands down one of the best BBQ places I have been to! Been here now a total of 3x, one of them being a carryout. The food and service is fantastic, and just today brought my sister and brother in to try Jayell for the first time. And needless to say, they now have an additional 2 customers. Friendly staff, and if there is any issue with an item, it is resolved quickly, and was replaced even when we told them it was not necessary. Both my family and I will be forever returning...

Mac n Cheese was phenomenal, my personal favorite. They do it right..
Cornbread was also very good, moist with pieces of corn. Recommend..
Ribs were dry as a bone, I should have sent them back. Ate them anyway. Do not recommend these.
Waitress was attentive and polite.
Hopefully this is not the norm. First time here.
