It has gotten ridiculous with how much they have size down their sandwiches the only way that you get anything larger than a 16th of an inch burger that doesn't fit the bun is if you get a quarter pounder:-( my granddaughter works at McDonald's and I thought she was joking so when I ordered food up north I thought okay let's try it was good it was me correctly however hardly any meat and all bun. However the person waiting on us was very kind very polite welcomed us said Thank you when we were done what you don't get a whole lot of that kind of customer service downstate anymore, she was a pleasure“

“Today I had errands, Arby’s was our last stop, rude people all day!! However, we pulled to drive thru gave our mobile order info and drove to the window! To our surprise was a young lady with a Smile, yes I said Smile! She was kind, accurate and again so very polite and that Smile made our day! It goes far and I told her just how much I appreciate her and that smile and kindness! She blushed but again! Thank you, Charlie! She was absolutely a day saver!!! I hope Arby’s appreciates her as much as we did today! Never seen her there before so hold on to her!!! Food was real good today and we got napkins without asking!!! 5 stars here!!!“
