Ordered a French dip, they didn't put the Au Jus in the bag. We called. The person in the phone said sorry then dead air. It isn't the first time we've gotten bad food or missing items but it's the last time. They don't even talk when you call. Really?!? We have our receipt so it is a legitimate issue. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I've been to this Arby's multiple times during the late evening hours and it's always done right! The food is hot and fresh, there are never any super long lines and the staff is professional. It's a younger gentleman that usually is there, whenever he takes my order it's perfect, not sure of his name but he has braces. Thank you!

Rude customer service! I went through the drive thru Monday July 28 at 11:40 pm after spending several hours in my moms basement cleaning up because it flooded due to the storm we had. The guy taking orders was rude and needs to take customer service lessons. Mind you I am a very calm kind human. I am so sick and tired of the way ALOT of fast food workers treat customer today. To the owner, I hope you address this, it's not good when your staff gives off bad vibes, they are a part of the experience when getting food at your restaurant. I was a little upset when I left thinking my food may have been tampered with. I wished I would have just asked for a refund. Im going to have to skip this location when I get Arbys, I dont want to chance a round two of shitty customer service.

I felt rushed when I was placing my order and the lady who took my order, was very dry and running around trying to lock doors versus providing customer service. I ordered the new Angus cheesesteak and an appetizer and I experience extreme stomach discomfort for around three days.
