Never had a problem with carryout and DoorDash orders. And they have the best mints haha
Very busy when I was there for lunch, but the staff was very efficient and friendly considering the stress they were experiencing.

National Coney Island - Groesbeck offers great service and quick food preparation. The customer service is always friendly, and the food comes out at the perfect temperature. The new grilled cheese coney sandwich is the greatest thing on this earth. The soups are personal favorites, and every kind offered is delicious. Orders through delivery are always correct and delicious. For big carry-out orders, they get it right every time. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with servers who are super friendly and a menu that even picky eaters can find something on. One diner ordered a favorite Omelet (Feta, Spinach, and Tomato) and the cook did it well as requested, with completely buttered toast. Other National Coney Island locations are not as good as this one. 5 stars all the way around.
