I had the pleasure of being waited on by thomas. I'm a type 1 Diabetic and had questions about the new matcha latte. He was very helpful in describing its contents, and when I ordered an iced capp for my niece he made sure I knew that it was also not diabetic friendly. Excellent customer service
ℹ absolutely love this Location, through the drive thru, or even sitting inside the staff is very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I have been coming here for at least 3 years and have never had any issues that they weren’t able to fix, or make right.

The service is quick and precise, although sometimes mistakes can occur. The atmosphere can be lively, with customers even breaking into song on occasion. The staff is generally friendly and tries to do their best, and customers appreciate the welcoming environment whether they visit through the drive-thru or sit inside. Many customers have been coming here for years, often almost daily, to enjoy their coffee or other menu items. The crew is seen as fantastic, and the parking lot has more than enough space for customers. Some customers have experienced issues with cold food and poor service, including having to ask for napkins every time, but staff members are often helpful and eager to assist, especially when handling specific dietary questions. Overall, it remains a well-liked spot for quick, friendly service and good atmosphere.
